陸伯勛
陸伯勛（英語：Bor Shium Luh, 1916年1月13日—2001年6月4日）是一位美國華人食品科學家。[1][2]

1916年出生於滬海道川沙縣顧路鎮（現上海市浦東新區曹路鎮），1938年獲得國立交通大學化學系學士學位，1941年至1946年擔任上海梅林罐頭食品公司化驗部主任，1947年赴美留學，1948年獲得加州大學伯克利分校碩士學位，1952年獲得同校食品化學系博士學位。畢業後加入加利福尼亞大學戴維斯分校食品化學系助教，後升任教授直到1986年7月1日退休。[3][4][5]1974年成立中美食品協會並擔任第一屆會長。
