《迷欲东京》（英语：Lost Girls & Love Hotels，原定片名为I Am Not a Bird）是一部于2020年上映的美国剧情惊悚片[1]，由威廉·奥尔森（William Olsson）执导，凯瑟琳·哈拉汉根据自己写的同名小说编剧。由亚历珊卓·达迪莉奥主演。本片于2020年9月18日以随选视讯形式发布[2]。

玛格丽特（Margaret，亚历珊卓·达迪莉奥饰演）是一名孤身居留日本东京的美国英语教师，白天教导空姐英语，夜晚则出于寂寞而处处与人在爱情旅馆发生一夜情，渐渐在夜生活中迷失了自我，而这时她又与一名极道成员阿和（平岳大饰演）开始了一段感情⋯⋯。

2009年12月，据《好莱坞报导》报导，电影《Lost Girls & Love Hotels》将由凯特·博斯沃斯监制和主演，让-马克·瓦雷担任导演，Nadia Conners根据凯瑟琳·哈拉汉撰写的同名原著小说编剧[3]。不过这项企划并没有付诸实行。
2017年10月，据Deadline.com报导，新的改编企划将由亚历珊卓·达迪莉奥主演，片名改为《I Am Not a Bird》[4]，但最后换回原本的《Lost Girls & Love Hotels》。原著作者哈拉汉受聘亲自撰写电影剧本，威廉·奥尔森将担任本片的导演[4]。2017年11月公布了其余演员名单，当中包含卡里斯·范·豪滕与平岳大等人[5]。

2020年7月8日，本片订档于2020年9月4日上映，同时释出前导预告片。本片的发行商由Astrakan Releasing担任，该公司是导演威廉·奥尔森和制片人Lauren Mann经营的制片公司Astrakan Films AB旗下新开设的发行公司。[8]2020年8月13日公开正式预告片，同时宣布档期改至该年9月18日，以随选视讯形式发布[2]。2020年10月5日，本片的国际发行业务由Signature Entertainment买下，预计于2021年推出[9]。
