首要议题
《首要议题》（拉丁语：Inter gravissimas）是指在1582年2月24日，由教宗额我略十三世颁布的教宗诏书[1][2]。与所有教宗诏书一样，这份教宗诏书是以拉丁语写成，并以第一句开始用语命名这份政令。这项教宗诏书指出，特利腾大公会议已经将圣务日课书等改革工作交由教宗负责。同时还提出改革儒略历的主张，确定根据天文观测计算复活节的日期、及与复活节相关的假期。实际上，因为这项改革引入新历法，并以教宗的名字称为“格里历”。而直至今日，大多数国家都在使用格里历。
