卡洛特水電項目（英語：Karot Hydropower Project）是中國和巴基斯坦聯合建造的川流式發電水壩，這是巴基斯坦境內傑赫勒姆河規劃的五個梯級電站的第四級。壩址位於巴基斯坦的旁遮普省境內卡洛特（Karot）橋上游一個公里。項目主體主要包括瀝青心牆石壩、溢洪道、引水隧洞、地下廠房、地面副廠房、尾水隧道、大壩圍堰、和三條導流洞。[1][2][3]

金融 編輯
總成本約為20億美元，將由中國絲路基金、[6]進出口銀行和中國開發銀行出資。而且卡洛特電力公司（Karot Power Company）是中國三峽的子公司。[7][8] 三十年後，所有權將移交給巴基斯坦的政府。[9]
