心湖倒影

《心湖倒影》（英語：Reflection）是1998年《花木蘭》動畫電影中的一首插曲，由馬修·懷爾德（英語：Matthew Wilder）作曲，大衛·齊佩爾（英語：David Zippel）作詞，莉亞·莎隆嘉演唱。

《心湖倒影》的單曲版本由克莉絲汀·阿奎萊拉演唱，曾提名1998年金球獎最佳原創歌曲。[1]在2020年《花木蘭》真人電影中使用了該曲的重新錄製版。[2][3]

該曲的中文版本為《自己》，由李玟演唱。[4]該曲同樣也有2020年重製版。[5]

在1998年花木蘭動畫電影中的插曲版本由莉亞·莎隆嘉演唱，歌曲時長2:27。[6][7]電影中，花木蘭穿上自己不習慣的端莊衣服去見媒婆，在和媒婆不歡而散後唱了這首歌曲。[8]

本段電影插曲的中國大陸版由葉蓓演唱，香港版由陳慧琳演唱，台灣版則由李玟演唱。

1998年，克莉絲汀·阿奎萊拉為《花木蘭》動畫電影錄製了流行樂版的《心湖倒影》，和莉亞·莎隆嘉的電影插曲版一起收錄在了《迪士尼花木蘭原聲帶（英語：Mulan (soundtrack)）》中。這首歌為克莉絲汀個人的首支單曲。完成製作之後不久克莉絲汀便和RCA唱片簽約。

1998年6月15日，該單曲以成人當代音樂的形式發布。[9]同年9月16日，在日本以CD單曲的形式發售。[10]

在單曲獲得成功後，RCA唱片決定資助克莉絲汀發行個人首張專輯。本支歌曲之後也被收錄在1999年發行的首張專輯《克莉絲汀·阿奎萊拉》中。[11][12]

這支歌曲MV的主場景在佛羅里達州華特迪士尼世界度假區的Epcot中國館拍攝，於2000年發布。[13]

2020年，迪士尼為真人電影《花木蘭》重製了《心湖倒影》。重製版由作曲家哈利·葛瑞森-威廉斯製作，在管弦樂團編制中加入古箏、琵琶、二胡等中華傳統樂器[17]，再次由克莉絲汀·阿奎萊拉演唱。[18][19]

重製版於2020年8月28日發布。[20]
