阿爾伯雷什人（阿爾巴尼亞語：Arbëreshët e Italisë，發音：[aɾbəˈɾɛʃ]，義大利語：Albanesi d'Italia，英語：Italo-Albanians）是一個分布在義大利南部的一個阿爾巴尼亞族群。族群的形成就是因為逃離鄂圖曼帝國的宗教迫害，因此絕大多數的阿爾伯雷什人都是天主教徒。目前為止在義大利有268,000人擁有阿爾伯雷什血統，其中100,000人會說阿爾巴尼亞語的阿爾伯雷什方言。
