史考特·米蘭，（英語：Scott Alexander Millan，1954年—）是一位知名的美國錄音混音師[1]，同時也是美國影藝學院的理事[2]，以及特藝集團（页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）（Technicolor at Paramount Studios）的音效總監[3]。

史考特·米蘭出生於美國加州的洛杉磯，並就讀於洛杉磯郊區的巫立斯葛倫特高中（页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）。其父親亞特·米蘭及母親琳恩都是1950年代知名的電視與電影演員。史考特·米蘭與黛伯拉結婚，並育有兩名子女：《不安分的青春》（The Young and the Restless（页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆））女星艾許莉·妮可·米蘭（Ashley Nicole Millan）與布蘭登·米蘭（Brandon Millan，林博仁）。
