《哦，命运女神》（拉丁語：O Fortuna）是用拉丁语作于13世纪的一首讽刺诗，这首诗是《布兰诗歌》中的一首。这首诗是对命运的抱怨。福尔图娜（Fortuna）是罗马神话中的運氣/機緣女神。

在1935到1936年期间，德国作曲家卡爾·奥爾夫对《布蘭詩歌》进行了谱曲。“哦 命运女神”就是其中的一首，并作为开头和结尾。奥夫对这首诗谱的曲已经盛行于世，被无数的古典音乐合唱团和流行音乐家所演奏。德國的電子音樂團體謎（Enigma）曾在《Modern Crusaders》這首歌之中混音了《哦，命运女神》。在很多电影、电视节目中都可以听到这首音乐。这首音乐位列英国过去75年中演奏次数最多的古典音乐排名之首。
