弗朗切斯科一世房间（Studiolo di Francesco I）是佛罗伦萨旧宫内一个面积不大，却镶满了绘画的拱形房间。它是由弗朗切斯科一世·德·美第奇公爵委托艺术家团队完成于1570年至1572年，团队的监督包括乔尔乔·瓦萨里以及学者乔瓦尼·巴蒂斯塔 Adriani和文森佐·博尔吉尼。这个小房间的用途包括办公、实验室、藏身之处和藏宝处等。
装饰方案采用后期风格主义的绘画和雕塑。在中心是普罗米修斯从自然接收珠宝的壁画，表现神、自然和人类的相互作用，兼具艺术和科学的趣味。
墙壁上布满了34幅神话、宗教或贸易题材的画作。
当时佛罗伦萨许多最好的画家受雇装饰这个房间，但是大多作品并不代表画家最高的成就。房间本身现在更多体现一位性格内向的和古怪的君主的趣味，而非艺术的观点。
