朗訊公眾授權條款（英語：Lucent Public License）是由朗訊科技有限公司建立的開源授權條款。

雖然朗訊公眾授權條款並非其中一個最受歡迎的開放原始碼授權條款，但許多產品已經在其授權條款下發佈。其授權條款已經由開源計劃認可。
自由軟件基金會則指出：
這是一個自由軟件授權條款，但由於這個授權條款的法律選擇條款，因而與GNU GPL不兼容。我們建議您不要將此授權條款用於編寫新軟件，但是如果使用此授權條款下使用和改進Plan 9那就還可以的。
原文：
This is a free software license, but it is incompatible with the GNU GPL because of its choice of law clause. We recommend that you not use this license for new software that you write, but it is ok to use and improve Plan 9 under this license.
特別導致該條款與GNU GPL不兼容的條款的原因是這個條款受到紐約州法律和美利堅合眾國知識產權法律約束。[2]
