罗伯特·詹姆士·狄克森

羅伯特·詹姆士·狄克森（英語：Robert James Dixson ，1908年5月23日—1963年2月1日），美國作家。他著有多本英語學習書籍，其著作《Essential Idioms in English for the Foreign Born》（狄克森片語）有多種繁體中文譯本。

1950年代初，他從紐約市遷往佛羅里達州。 1963年，他於美國佛羅里達州的科勒爾蓋布爾斯市（Coral Gables）過世。

狄克森著作英語學習書籍，也與他人合作寫書。編撰主旨在於幫助讀者學習或改善美式英語的文法、用語和發音。其著作有多種譯本，雖然原文版本已能滿足閱讀目的，但是在不同國家重新出版時，出版商都加入了翻譯注釋，以提升易讀性。
