English: Just north of the footbridge at Castle Cary railway station in Somerset, these catch points protect the exit from the down-side sidings north of the station to the running line to and from Weymouth. The curious thing about the alignment is that any vehicles being caught by these points will immediately collide with the footbridge - almost certainly causing damage to both.
Photographed from the footbridge.
