English: Tropical Storm Doug on August 9, 1991. At the time Doug had winds of 35.3 knts (40.7 mph, 65.5 kph), 1-min sustained and a pressure of 1000 mbar. Doug was about 945 miles away from land. This image was taken by the NOAA-12 Satellite.
