  • These three Smash Bros. trademark filings [1][2][3] claim the typed drawing "SUPER SMASH BROS." to identify the software, disc, and coding of the game. Damian Yerrick has searched Nintendo's trademarks dating back to the late 1990s without uncovering a U.S. trademark registration for this emblem; however, it may still be protected under state law.
