Mathcounts 是美国的一个给6－8年级中学生参加的数学竞赛。从1983年开始，通过学校、地区、州级、国家级四级选拔，评选出一个个人冠军和一个团体（州）冠军。各级竞赛分成三个阶段：Target，Sprint，Team 和 Countdown。

在加拿大的不列颠哥伦比亚省也有类似的竞赛MathChallengers（英语：MathChallengers），起始于2004年，规则和 Mathcounts 略有不同。
