To be tagged on the captions of files in articles.
To add this notice, enter {{FFDC|<file name>|log=2024/05/01|date=2024年5月}} following captions. If {{ffd2}} is used for the nomination at Wikipedia:文件存废讨论, enter {{FFDC|file_name.ext|log=2024/05/01 |date=2024年5月}}. The log parameter is optional, but if added will link directly to the log page rather than Wikipedia:文件存废讨论.
