If supplied, the second parameter specifies the feature's name, which is used as the anchor text for the external link. Alternatively, the name can be specified using name=.
If no name is supplied, the article name is used.

The name parameter is useful:
- when the article name contains disambiguation or
- to refer to a feature other than the topic of the article.
