English: After repeated salvage by the research team of the National Museum of Natural Science and fishermen, it was confirmed that there were a large number of mammalian fossils appearing in the Penghu Channel, including those of brown bears, Crocuta crocuta ultima, tigers, Dalian horses, Przewalski's horses, wild boars, Cervus (Sika) nippon horturum, Père David's Deer, and Bubalus teilhardi. Among them, the fossils of Palaeoloxodon, Bubalus teilhardi, and Père David's Deer were the majorities. In addition to a large number of mammalian fossils, a small number of human limb bones, as well as animal bones and horns with artificial markings, were found in the Penghu Channel, indicating that there were human activities in this area.
