內森·塞克斯

內森·詹姆斯·塞克斯（英語：Nathan James Sykes，1993年4月18日—）[1]，英國男歌手、詞曲創作人。英國男子組合渴望樂團最年輕的成員，2014年團體暫時解散後以個人名義繼續活躍於歌壇。單飛後第二支單曲《Kiss Me Quick（英语：Kiss Me Quick (Nathan Sykes song)）》發布於2015年7月，並且登上美國告示牌舞曲第一名[2]。

塞克斯生於英國格洛斯特郡格洛斯特阿比代爾（英语：Abbeydale）。母親凱倫（Karen）是一名音樂老師。塞克斯有一位小他三歲的妹妹傑西卡（Jessica）。

塞克斯就讀故鄉利本斯頓禮堂高中（英语：Ribston Hall High School）和西爾維婭青年戲劇學校（英语：Sylvia Young Theatre School）預科[3][4][5]。

塞克斯的音樂生涯始於六歲。2003年，他參加布蘭妮·斯皮爾斯所主持的節目《Britney Spears' Karaoke Kriminals》和《Cheltenham Competitive Festival of Dramatic Art》並在兩節目中獲得獎項。

2004年塞克斯參加兒童節目《Holly & Stephen's Saturday Showdown（英语：Ministry of Mayhem）》贏得最佳青少年才藝獎（Undiscovered Youth Talent Contest）。同年參加第二屆歐洲青少年歌唱大賽在英国的选拔比赛，塞克斯以歌曲《Born to Dance》獲得第三名，未能赴挪威利勒哈默爾最终的青少年歌唱大赛决赛。

2009年，16歲的塞克斯參加渴望樂團海選，他與馬克斯·喬治（英语：Max George (singer)）、汤姆·帕克、希瓦·凱恩斯瓦倫（英语：Siva Kaneswaran）、傑伊·麥吉尼斯（英语：Jay McGuiness）獲選為最終團員。2014年團員決定於巡迴演唱會後暫時解散[6]。

2013年，塞克斯與亞莉安娜·格蘭德合作單曲《Almost Is Never Enough（英语：Almost Is Never Enough）》[7]。2014年6月與潔西·J在慈善演唱會Summertime Ball（英语：Summertime Ball）合唱《Calling All Hearts（英语：Calling All Hearts (song)）》[8]。 隔年在VEVO釋出首支單曲《More Than You'll Ever Know》[9][10]。

2015年七月，塞克斯發布單曲《Kiss Me Quick》[11][12]，此單曲登上英國單曲排行榜第14名和美國告示牌舞曲第一名。10月發布單曲《Over and Over Again（英语：Over and Over Again）》，此歌曲在YouTube點擊率達1000萬以上。。2016年4月發布與美國饒舌歌手G-Eazy合作單曲《Give It Up》[13]。
