艾尔·克劳
英國20世紀外交家
艾尔·亚历山大·巴比·威查特·克劳（GCB GCMG，英語：Eyre Alexander Barby Wichart Crowe，1864年7月30日—1925年4月28日），英国20世纪最重要的外交官之一[2][3]。他是外交部处理与德国关系的专家，他曾于1907年对内阁发出强烈警告[4]，即德国在海外的殖民扩张对英国来说是出于敌意的，英国应该与法国维持更紧密的同盟关系[5]。

克劳在1919年的巴黎和会期间协助法国总理乔治·克列孟梭进行《凡尔赛条约》的草拟工作，尽管劳合·乔治首相与克劳的外交部政敌们长期阻碍克劳在仕途上的晋升，但由于得到了时任外交大臣寇松勋爵的赏识，克劳最终得以在1920年至1925年间出任常任外交事务副大臣。
