Hi, I'm Ching-Wen Chang 張菁文. My background is on experimental III-nitride semiconductor physics. I graduated on 2017 from National Sun Yat-sen University with a Ph.D. in Physics under the supervision of Dr. Li-Wei Tu. I worked in the Electro-Optical Materials and Devices Physics Lab. My research focused on the growth and characterization of III-Nitride based semiconductors. Currently, I am working as a postdoctoral scientist at University of Austin, TX under the supervision of Dr. Ray T. Chen. I am working in the following topic, the ultra-sensitivity subwavelength grating metamaterial (SGM) waveguide biosensor.
