亚伦·莱维

亚伦·温莎·莱维（英文: Aaron Winsor Levie，发音/ærənlɛvi/[5]）是一位美国企业家。他是Box公司创办人与执行长[3] ，于2012年时超过11,000,000人以及120,000企业人士于世界各地使用者[6][7]。他的净资产估计为1亿美元。

亚伦·莱维出生在美国华盛顿州西雅图于1985年[8] 。从小在默瑟岛成长并于默瑟岛高中毕业。莱维也曾就读于南加州大学，并同时于2005年休学，也开始从事 Box云端储存公司[8][9]。

职业生涯 编辑

这个想法的起源作为莱维正致力 Box于2004年一所大学的商务计划。该计划研究，为商业的云端储存选择和联系几个组织且询问外界人士是如何储存他们的内容和数据后，莱维来到该市场得到了是零散的结论。莱维发现了机会并建立一个线上的档案储存的服务，以此针对个人访问并储存文件和档案[8]。

2005年12月，在此期间也是他在南加州大学三年级，莱维休学后并与他的朋友和Box的首席财务官开启了 Box（原名 box.net） ，迪伦·史密斯就读杜克大学。当时， Box里的储存服务，用户可以透过云端来储存他们的档案[8]。

2005年4月，莱维和史密斯结合了 Box，而共同所经营公司搬出史密斯的家长在默瑟岛的房子。不久后，他们公司搬到了加利福尼亚州伯克利市。莱维和史密斯之首次拥有担保的Box天使投资来自得克萨斯州亿万富翁马克·库班的电子邮件[3][10][11]。

2007年，作为消费者的云端储存市场变得越来越壅塞，于是莱维和史密斯决定从消费者服务转向一个专注于销售的Box公司（云端储存）。
