平头竹节虫亚科
平头竹节虫亚科（学名：Platycraninae）是竹节虫目竹节虫科下的一个亚科，其下物种分布于东南亚与澳大拉西亚[2]。此亚科过去为复系群，2020年有研究整理分类，将平头竹节虫亚科中除模式属平头竹节虫属外的其他属均归入新亚科大头竹节虫亚科中，另外将原本不属任何亚科的Stephanacridini族归入本亚科中。本亚科现包含两个族，可能为狭义竹节虫科（即Lanceocercata）的姊妹群[3]。
