徒刑 (2016年电影)
《徒刑》（英语：Apprentice）是一部2016年上映的新加坡剧情片，由巫俊锋执导，并在第69届戛纳影展的一种注目单元中上映[4][5]。它亦代表新加坡参选第89届奥斯卡金像奖最佳外语片，但未获提名[6][7]。

电影讲述一名年轻惩教员遇见一名较年长的总行刑官。在他们之间关系的演化过程中，他们的背景故事亦在电影过程中揭开。电影亦反映行刑官对死刑的看法[8]。

新加坡马来裔惩教官艾曼（费杜斯拉曼饰）在高度设防的马来裔监狱禁山监狱里结识了监狱的总行刑官拉欣（旺哈纳菲苏饰），后来艾曼发现，拉欣是30年前处决他父亲的人[9]。
制作 编辑
电影的预备工作历时五年。在资料搜集初期，巫俊锋阅读了由亚伦·沙德瑞克所著的《快乐的刽子手》。该书批评新加坡的司法制度，并访问了行刑官达山·辛格，他曾一天处决18名犯人[10]。他也访问了曾协助死刑犯在处决前作最后祷告的前行刑官、伊玛目和司铎，以及死刑犯的家属[11]。
电影在澳洲新南威尔士州部分已废弃的监狱设施里拍摄[11][12]。这样做亦为了避免引起新加坡人对于死刑作为电影主题的争论[10]。
反响 编辑
电影在2016年6月14日在新加坡首都大厦（Capitol Building）上映[15]，其后在6月30日在新加坡全国公映，并获得正面评价[16][17]。电影亦在同年11月24日在马来西亚上映时获得正面评价[1][18][19]

《徒刑》曾获金马国际影展亚洲电影促进联盟奖[20]、圣路易斯国际电影节（St. Louis International Film Festival）信仰奖最佳叙事电影奖[21]、夏威夷国际电影节（Hawaii International Film Festival）最佳电影合奏金兰花特别介绍奖[22]及2016年奎松市国际电影节（QCinema International Film Festival）亚洲新浪潮最佳电影奖[23]。导演巫俊锋亦获得釜山国际电影节新晋导演奖[24]。
