胶须藻属(学名:Rivularia)是蓝菌门蓝菌纲念珠藻目胶须藻科Rivulariaceae)之下的一个[1][2][3]

Rivularia, a genus of cyanobacteria associated with 石灰华.

描述 编辑

胶须藻属物种生长在水下的石头、潮湿的岩石和靠近河边的潮湿土壤之上。它存在于菌落中,毛状体trichomes)在菌落内呈放射状排列,每个毛状体全部或部分被凝胶状薄片包围。毛状体有一个基底异囊英语heterocystbasal heterocyst)。每个毛状体都有一个狭窄的顶端部分,呈鞭状或尾状,由一排小细胞组成。

胶须藻属物种并没有厚壁孢子[4]。这个物种的繁殖须要藻殖段英语hormogoniahormogonia;亦作段殖体[5]和异囊的帮助。
