苏尔皮基乌斯·塞维鲁斯（拉丁语：Sulpicius Severus /sʌlˈpɪʃəs ˈsɛvərəs/；c.363–c.425）是一位基督教作家，出生于阿基坦尼亚。 他以其作品神圣历史编年史以及《圣马丁的一生》而闻名。

塞维鲁斯出生于阿基坦，他的父母是贵族。他在布尔迪加拉（今波尔多）学习法学，以雄辩而闻名；他的罗马法知识反映在他的部分著作中。他娶了一个富裕的领事家庭的女儿，但她早逝，没有留下孩子。

此时，塞维鲁斯受到图尔主教圣马丁的巨大影响，在圣马丁的带领下，他将自己的财富奉献给穷人基督徒，并将自己的力量奉献给善行的生活和对上帝的默观愿景。这个选择招致了父亲的不满，但得到了岳母的鼓励。用他的朋友保利努斯的话来说，他与父亲决裂，跟随基督，并将“渔夫”的教义置于他所有的“图里安学识”之上。他在教会中的地位并不比长老高。
