《魔鬼代言人》（英语：The Devil's Advocate，香港译《追魂交易》）是一部1997年美国悬疑惊悚片，由泰勒·哈克佛执导，阿尔·帕西诺、基努·里维斯及查理兹·塞隆等主演。电影改编自Andrew Neiderman的同名小说，描述一名乡镇律师被邀到纽约工作后，怪事连连发生的故事。
