《1856年过时法规废除法令》（英语：Repeal of Obsolete Statutes Act 1856；19 & 20 Vict c 64）是英国国会的一项法令。[2][3]

该法令的草案称为《停用法规法案》（Sleeping Statutes Bill）。该法令将成文法委员会（Statute Law Commission）于1854年提出的建议付诸实施。[4]
该法令废除了120部“过时”的法规。
Halsbury's Laws将该法令称作成文法编正（即废除过时的、已失时效、不必要的或已被取代的成文法则）的第一项法令。[5]Courtenay Ilbert则将该法令称作第一部《成文法编正法令》。[6]
该法令由《1875年成文法编正法令》第1条及附表废除。
