4T1是一种乳癌细胞系,来源于BALB/c小鼠的癌变乳腺组织,4T1细胞带有上皮细胞的性质,并且能耐受肿瘤药物6-硫鸟嘌呤[1]。4T1细胞是一种雌激素受体(ER)、孕酮受体(PR)和人表皮生长因子受体-2(Her⁃2)均为阴性的乳腺癌细胞[2]。在科研中,4T1细胞常用作乳腺癌远端转移的研究模型[3]及临床药物筛选使用最多的乳腺癌模型[4][5],这些细胞对小鼠组织有着很高的侵袭性[6]
