前列腺素E2

前列腺素E2（prostaglandin E2 (PGE2)），亦称地诺前列酮（dinoprostone），是前列腺素的一种，发现于1976年。主要用于分娩时软化子宫颈、引发子宫收缩、引产。此外也可以用作堕胎药、刺激破骨细胞。
