性冲动量表（Sexual Compulsivity Scale）是一个问卷，用于测量性欲亢进和性成瘾。该量表由美国学者Seth Kalichman编制[1]。问卷由受试者自行填写，问卷使用四点同意度量尺。
有研究指出该量表可以预测青年未来的健康状况。[2]
