自然连结感
自然连结感（英语：Nature connectedness）是指个体将自然视作为其身份中一部分的程度[1]。自然连结包括对自然及其构成的接纳，甚至是那些令人不愉悦的自然现象、状态或情况[2]。自然连结感与人格特质有一些类似的特征，包括在长期、各种不同情况下，通常都是稳定不变的[3]。
结构组成 编辑
自然连结感作为一种结构，也被称为自然相关性（Nature relatedness）、自然连结性（Connectivity with nature），自然情感亲和力（Emotional affinity toward nature）或是自我自然包含性（Inclusion of nature in self）。Schultz指出，自然连结的结构有三个组成部分[1]：
- 认知组成：是自然连结感的核心，指人与自然的合一。
- 情感组成：是个人对自然的关怀。
- 行为组成：是个人保护自然环境的承诺。
这三个组成部分构成了自然连结感，并是人与自然保持健康关系的必要条件。如果一个人感觉自己与大自然有连结，他可能会花时间在其中，也更可能产生关心自然的倾向，并进而去保护环境[1]。最近的研究也指出，与自然接触、浸淫在自然环境中可以为人类提供了许多益处，例如幸福感[4]。
有些其他的研究者以更简单的方式描述了自然连结感的构造，例如：自然连结感可以被认为是对自然的热爱（也被称为对自然的情感亲和力）[5]；也可以被定义为一个人认为自己与自然相同的程度（更具体地说就是一个人与自然的联系）[6]；或是可以被认为是透过简单的情绪感觉与自然连结[7]。
