《1808年郡收容所法令》（英语：County Asylums Act 1808）是英国国会的一项法令，塑造了1808至1845年期间英格兰及威尔斯的精神卫生法律。该法令在英国设立了由郡政府运营的公立精神病人收容所。^[1]该法令准许（但不强制）太平绅士为清贫精神病人提供照料机构，以便将他们从济贫院及监狱中带离。^[2]

该法令也被称为《韦恩先生法令》（Mr. Wynn's Act），以查尔斯·沃特金·威廉姆斯-韦恩（Charles Watkin Williams-Wynn）的名字命名。他是蒙哥马利郡议会的威尔斯裔议员，他推动了该法令。^[3]
