2021年哥谭独立电影奖

第31届哥谭独立电影奖（The 31st Gotham Independent Film Awards）是哥谭电影与媒体学院（英语：The Gotham Film & Media Institute）（前身为独立电影制作人计画（英语：Independent Filmmaker Project））以兹奖励2021年电影与电视剧的奖项，在2021年3月1日至12月31日间上映的电影，以及在2020年10月1日至2021年9月30日间播映的剧集，均得报名。于2020年10月21日公布入围名单，于11月29日举行颁奖典礼[1][2][3][4]。

由Netflix发行的两部电影《暗处的女儿》与《白色通行证（英语：Passing (film)）》共获得五项提名，Netflix与A24发行的电影皆取得10项提名[3][4]，最终由《暗处的女儿》获四座奖项肯定[6]。
