A-375
A-375 (亦称ATCC CRL-1619) 是人类恶性黑色素瘤细胞系,最初分离自一名54岁的女性恶性黑色素瘤患者[1],并且有研究指出A-375细胞对Sutherlandia frutescens敏感[2]。该细胞系在经抗胸腺细胞球蛋白及血清处理的NIH瑞士小鼠中产生生长速度迅速的、类似黑色素瘤的皮下肿瘤。 同时应用于溶瘤肽LTX-315的溶瘤活性研究。它是具有62个染色体的二倍体细胞,每个细胞普遍存在着9个标记染色体,而且每个细胞以一个拷贝存在着正常的N2、N6和N22[1]。有研究指出抑制多种细胞增殖的新狼毒素A以时间及剂量依赖性的方式显著抑制A375细胞的生长和增殖,细胞体积变小且变得皱缩,核质浓缩且形成凋亡小体[3]。
