E位点(英语:E site,E for exit)是蛋白质转译过程中核糖体中tRNA的第三个也是最后一个结合位点。[1]“E”代表出口,并伴有作为第二结合位点的P位点(peptidyl)和作为第一结合位点的A位点(aminoacyl)。[2]
