A category header template for use on a Summer Olympics by year category, i.e. a category named "<foo> <YYYY> Summer Olympics <foobar>"

It creates a navigation box with links to other years.

No parameters are required, but they can be specified if needed. If parameters are omitted, the category name is parsed.

If the category name does not include "YYYY Summer Olympics", then the navbox cannot be made unless parameters are supplied.
