Vero E6

Vero 76細胞衍生的克隆株

Vero E6(亦称Vero C1008)是一种非洲绿猴细胞系,是Vero 76细胞衍生的克隆株,并且在形成单层膜后显示出一定程度的接触抑制英语Contact inhibition作用,故而适合繁殖一些复制缓慢的病毒。当Vero E6细胞被马秋波病毒(Machupo virus)、胡宁病毒英语Argentinian mammarenavirus拉萨病毒英语Lassa mammarenavirus等出血热病毒、马尔堡病毒萨伊伊波拉病毒等病毒感染时,都会表现出细胞病变作用。该细胞系目前已进一步用于麻疹病毒[1]伊波拉病毒[2]克里米亚-刚果出血热病毒[3]严重急性呼吸系统综合症冠状病毒[4]严重急性呼吸系统综合症冠状病毒2型(SARS-CoV-2)[5]等的分离和生长。
