三甲基硒化膦
三甲基硒化膦是一種有機化合物，化學式為C3H9PSe。它可由三甲基膦和硒在室溫反應得到，產物可用二氯甲烷溶解，並通過過濾除去未反應的硒。[1]它可用於硒化鎘的製備。[1]它在光照下接觸空氣，會緩慢變紅。它可以和硝酸銀反應，生成硒化銀沉澱。[2]
