全國停火協議（緬甸語：တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံး ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်မှု ရပ်စဲရေးသဘောတူစာချုပ်，英語：Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement，縮寫NCA）是緬甸政府與少數民族地方武裝組織之間的具有里程碑意義的停火協議。草案於2015年3月31日由大多數受邀方達成協議，[1]該協議於2015年10月15日由登盛總統簽署。[2]來自聯合國、英國、挪威、日本和美國的觀察員和代表見證了簽署。[3][4]政府每年在簽署協議周年紀念日舉行儀式。[5][6]

緬甸政府最初向15個不同民族的地方武裝組織發出邀請，邀請他們參加長期和平談判。然而，7個受邀組織在談判中由於察覺到不公平而拒絕簽署或退出。[7]
