戴維·珀爾曼
戴維·珀爾曼（英語：David Perlman，1918年12月30日—2020年6月19日），美國科學記者，《舊金山紀事報》編輯[1]。

1918年生於馬里蘭州巴爾的摩，在曼哈頓上西城長大[2]。畢業於哥倫比亞學院，曾在《哥倫比亞每日觀察家》學生周報工作。1940年畢業於哥倫比亞大學新聞學院研究生院[3]。
1940年進入《舊金山紀事報》工作[4]，擔任記者。在一次滑雪摔倒後的療養時期，他閱讀了大量的天文學文章，1957年開始從事科學新聞報道工作[4][5][6]。他於2017年8月正式退休，成為《舊金山紀事報》名譽編輯[7][5]。2017年，他在接受美國傳媒教育機構波因特學院採訪時表示，媒體減少對科學的報道是「駭人聽聞」的，這樣會極大地「毀掉一代人的思考和理解能力」[1][5]。
2000年，美國地球物理聯盟設立了「戴維·珀爾曼優秀科學新聞報道獎」，以表彰他對科學新聞的長期貢獻[8]。曾任全國科學作家協會主席、科學寫作促進委員會主席等領導職務。是加利福尼亞州科學院成員。他曾獲得美國科學促進會、美國職業新聞工作者協會、美國化學學會、美國地球物理聯盟、美國地質調查局頒發的新聞報道獎[7]。
2020年6月19日逝世，終年101歲[9]。
