紅腹擬鷯哥（學名：Hypopyrrhus pyrohypogaster），是雀形目擬鸝科的一種鳥類，屬於單型的紅腹擬鷯哥屬（學名：Hypopyrrhus）。[2]

紅腹擬鷯哥體重約101克，翼長約13.98厘米，喙寬度約8.4毫米，喙厚度約11.7毫米，嘴峰長約31.7毫米，跗蹠長約34毫米，尾長約13.87厘米。
