耳前庭（英文：Vestibule of the ear），常稱前庭（Vestibule），是內耳骨迷路的一部分，位於半規管和耳蝸之間，與半規管共同構成前庭系統[1][2][3]。前庭內含有球囊（saccule）、橢圓囊（utricle），屬於平衡覺感受器，能感知直線加速運動[1][4]。

前庭呈微橢圓狀，橫向扁平，前後長約5毫米，上下厚約3毫米。中耳聽小骨中的鐙骨通過鐙骨環狀韌帶，先後將聲音信號（振動）傳遞至卵圓窗、耳前庭（其中有液體）及耳蝸[5][6]。
橢圓囊和球囊 編輯
橢圓囊(utricle)和球囊（saccule）位於前庭內，內含耳石[1][3]。前方為球囊，通蝸管；後上方為橢圓囊，通膜半規管；兩囊間有小管聯通。在橢圓囊和球囊壁上分別有橢圓囊斑和球囊斑，它們是位覺感受器，能感受頭部直線變速運動的刺激[4]。
