芽孢腸狀菌屬
消化球菌科的一属细菌
芽孢腸狀菌屬（Sporotomaculum）是蛋白腖鏈球菌科的一屬革蘭氏陰性菌。能產生芽胞。與脫硫腸狀菌很相似。細胞呈杆狀。該屬的模式種為羥基苯甲酸芽抱腸狀菌（Sporotomaculum hydroxybenzoicum）。

芽孢腸狀菌屬是由Brauman、Muller等人於1998年提出一株嚴格厭氧，能以3-輕基苯甲酸鹽為惟一碳源、能源的革蘭氏陽性的產芽孢的桿菌，16SrDNA序列與脫硫腸狀菌屬(Desulfotomaculum)十分相似，但不能還原硫酸鹽，因而成立新屬[1]。
