藩市雜岩
藩市雜岩（英語：Franciscan complex） 是指在美國加利福尼亞州海岸山脈的混雜沉積（英語：melange）[1]。 它的組成以輕度變質的雜砂岩（英語：graywacke）、頁岩和礫岩為主，並夾有燧石、玄武岩、石灰岩、蛇紋岩，以及高壓、低溫變質的藍片岩和榴輝岩[2][3]。 藩市雜岩基本是由變質和變形岩石的組合，它的成因與北美西海岸的中生代東傾俯衝帶有關[4]。當時加利福尼亞大陸邊緣存在一條中生代深海海溝。這條海溝是中生代的法拉隆（英語：Farallon）洋殼板塊，向北美大陸板塊俯衝造成的。首先洋底玄武岩和沉積物隨洋殼板塊向下俯衝。後又被仰沖到大陸板塊下方，這導致大範圍變形，產生逆沖斷層和褶皺，引起高壓-低溫區域變質作用[1][5]。
