超人前傳 (第八季)

《超人前傳》（英語：Smallville）第八季，美國超自然電視劇，講述克拉克·肯特成長為超人的故事。第八季在CW電視台播放(2008年9月18日 – 2009年5月14日)，本季一共22集。 由於本劇有部份演員的演出合約於第七季到期，因此劇組原定第七季全劇終，此第八季為後來追加續訂，因此在製作計劃裡，第八季之後算第二部。值得一提的是，製作人準備了兩個不同版本的結局，另一個版本是以本季為全劇最終季時的大結局（因為湯姆威林合約於第八季到期），但因為後來續訂第九季，因此本季為最終季版本的結局被作廢。

上季末Lana醒來後留下了一段視頻向Clark提出分手，為了不再拖Clark的後退，這讓Clark十分難過；而Martha Kent決定繼續Jonathan Kent的旅程參選議員，從政治上支持超級英雄；Jimmy準備向Chloe求婚，當Chloe準備接受的時候被逮捕，Chloe大叫Jimmy去找Clark；Lex在Brainiac變成的假Kara的提示下最終發現的Clark的秘密，並摧毀了堡壘，兩人下落不明。
本季開始綠箭等Clark的夥伴到處尋找Clark，Lex也下落不明；而Lex手下來了一個新人Tess Mercer，非常厲害；而Lois也想辦法潛入Lex家尋找Chloe的消息；而Clark失去的超能力並被迫在俄羅斯賣苦力；Chloe被關在一個地方做能力測試，並且要求破解一串恐怖分子的通信密碼找出三個手機號碼；破解到第三個Chloe意識到這不是壞人的號碼，綁架她的人不是國家安全局的人，前兩個號碼導致水人和黑雀被抓；綠箭巧遇Clark並把Clark救出來，根據綠箭的調查他們發現了Lex在加拿大有可疑的實驗室；有意思的是Lois也以工作人員的身份潛入到這個實驗室與Clark巧遇；Chloe被迫說出了綠箭的號碼導致綠箭被襲擊並被控制，並且重傷Clark；Chloe的治癒功能在這時不起效了，危機時刻火星獵人趕到並救了Clark一命，太陽能讓Clark更加強大卻對火星獵人成反作用，火星獵人失去了超能力；Chloe的能力消失了而Jimmy表示希望收回求婚請求保持現狀暫時不結婚；由於身份暴露Clark等人決定暫時分開保持低調並調查Lex蹤跡；而Clark終於決定到星球日報(Daily Planet)當一名記者，Clark離超人又近了一步。
