亨利·莫里森·弗拉格勒（英語：Henry Morrison Flagler，1830年1月2日—1913年5月20日）是一名美國工業家，標準石油、佛羅里達州東海岸鐵路的創始人[2]。

弗拉格勒出生於美國紐約州霍普維爾（Hopewell），父親艾薩克是一名長老會牧師。14歲時，他到俄亥俄州的叔叔家打工。1862年創辦公司開始從事鹽礦開採，但因為戰爭問題，公司倒閉，虧損5萬美金。不久後，他結識洛克菲勒，1867年他從繼兄史蒂芬·V·哈克尼斯那裏拿到10萬美元（等於2023年[3]的$218萬）投資，和洛克菲勒一起成立標準石油的前身洛克菲勒、安德魯斯和弗拉格勒公司。
