農桿菌屬
根瘤菌科的一属细菌
農桿菌屬（學名：Agrobacterium），又稱土壤桿菌屬，是革蘭氏陰性菌的一個屬，常通過水平基因轉移導致植物根瘤的產生，該屬以向植物導入DNA的能力而聞名，因此農桿菌屬也是用於改良植物的重要工具。其中模式種根瘤農桿菌（Agrobacterium tumefaciens）是本屬中最常研究的種系。
