池宇峰 （1971年9月15日—）中國互聯網企業家。完美世界的創辦人與董事長。

池宇峰大學期間曾賣過報紙，炒過股，與人合夥辦過化工廠[2]。
1994年，與幾個同學成立了「深圳洪恩」，主要業務為銷售PC兼容機。在此期間池宇峰認識到國內民眾對於電腦知識的匱乏，產生了編寫一部電腦操作手冊的想法。[2]
1996年，池宇峰創辦北京洪恩教育科技股份有限公司。 該公司的目的是幫助數百萬的中國家庭學習使用計算機。1990年代。 洪恩的教育產品佔據50%-70%份額的市場[3]。
2004年，池宇峰創辦 完美世界 ，2007年7月，池宇峰帶領完美世界遊戲成功於美國納斯達克上市。2015年7月，池宇峰旗下遊戲業務從美國納斯達克退市，並完成私有化[4][5]。
志創造了 完美的世界 圖片Co., Ltd. 在2008年。 和他領導的資產改革的完美世界的圖片和完美的遊戲世界在 我國一股票市場 (股票：002624)在2016年。
現在，完美世界是中國一個規模龐大的遊戲娛樂公司[6]。

2001年，池宇峰獲得「中國軟件行業十大傑出青年」稱號[7].
2007年至2011年，池宇峰連續被評為「中國遊戲產業最具影響力人物」[8][9][10][11][12].
在2013和2015年，他被選為「中國遊戲產業最具影響力人物」[13].
2016年12月 獲得由鳳凰網、鳳凰衛視、《每日經濟新聞》聯合主辦的2016年度華人經濟人物[14].
