甲基單胞菌屬（學名：Methylomonas）為甲基球菌目甲基球菌科的一屬好氧或兼性厭氧發酵型革蘭氏陰性桿菌。直、彎或分枝的桿菌。此屬的模式種為甲烷甲基單胞菌(Methylomonas methanica)。
